01How do I choose glasses for my face shape?+
Frame width should feel balanced with your face, the bridge should sit comfortably, and your pupils should remain close to the optical centre. Weight and temple balance matter as much as style.
02What does UV400 mean in sunglasses?+
UV400 indicates protection against UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometres. A dark tint alone does not provide UV protection, so the product standard should always be checked.
03What should I consider when choosing optical lenses?+
Prescription, working distance, screen time, frame shape and lifestyle should be reviewed together. Lens thinning, anti-reflection and photochromic features can then be selected by need.
